Open Secure Energy Control Systems develops software to support
electric utility automation standard IEC-61850.
In order to simplify software development for this standard, we've developed the
OSECS 61850
Secure SCADA Toolkit. The Toolkit features:

- Compatibility with other 61850 based standards, such as wind power (IEC-61400-25), for monitoring and
control of alternative energy facilities.
